A space conceived as a fluid ecosystem where floor, ceiling, and partitions interweave. The “living mesh” concentrates two meeting rooms, two phone booths, and waiting areas. The cafeteria acts as a social hinge, articulating the workspace. A curved column blends into the floor and ceiling, morphing into a circular bench. Every gesture aims to transform circulation into spontaneous interaction.
The central desks — six-seat articulated modules — engage in dialogue with lattices and LED lighting. Desk density, interaction radii, and light gradients are calibrated together. Furniture and pathways provide micro-environments for either focus or openness. From boardroom to lounge, each user chooses their own level of connection or retreat. Material continuity eliminates visual barriers and reinforces a sense of collective belonging. The result is an office that feels dynamic, adaptable, and coherent.
The glazed façade facing Bogotá’s Eastern Hills anchors the company’s identity to the city. The collaboration with Solinoff proved that excellence emerges through the integration of specialties. Architect, engineers, and manufacturers coordinated technical solutions from the design stage. This marks a paradigm shift — from the architect-builder duo of the 20th century to the collaborative networks of the 21st. Integrating expertise ensures spaces that are healthy, efficient, and emotionally rich. The lesson: good design is born from teamwork and genuine care for people.
